LFPS shall not be held responsible for any damage to the home or property unless such damage is a result of gross negligence on the part of the pet sitter. This includes but is not limited to electrical problems, leaks, and acts of nature. In these situations, we will attempt to contact the client, followed by any emergency contact before making a subjective decision with regard to dealing with the particular problem.
